Faces of Valor U.S. Flag

Welcome to FacesofValor.com!

Valor! A little word with big meaning. The United States Army defines valor as "heroism performed under combat conditions". Now we're left to ask: what is heroism? We can't find the answer in a sentence or even a paragraph, it is best found in the many historical accounts of heroic acts by selfless people who deserve to be remembered.

Heroism
feels and never reasons and therefore is always right.

--Ralph Waldo Emerson

This site will dedicate memorials to fallen soldiers. If you've lost a family member in the war and would like for us to place a "eulogized" memorial here, please send an email to admins at facesofvalor. com. Please include the eulogy writings along with a picture or two that you would like included on the memorial page.

Please know that this site will not operate on commercial ads nor become a pawn for politics. This site is about remembering history, paying tribute to those who gave all, and learning about what it means "to give".

Lastly, we are doing our best to provide accurate and relevant information and links, however, if you should notice a mistake, please contact us.
